Yeshua Adonai
As a former U.S. Department of State Diplomat, U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant, and social entrepreneur, Yeshua has over two decades of professional experience with the complexity of human development. He has coached Government and visionary Fortune 100 leaders at organizations like the California Department of Public Health, the City of Sacramento, Google, Facebook, and Roche. As COO at Lief Therapeutics, a mindfulness transformative technology startup, they supported thousands of clients in developing self-regulation skills. He has experience playing other roles as corporate c-suite facilitator, community developer, mindfulness guide, and executive coach for optimizing positive impact that creates thriving places in service to life. Recent client projects were establishing Facebook's internal mindfulness program, guiding one of Google's first Living Buildings, and facilitating Silicon Valley health innovation programs for Roche.
Yeshua brings a rich background from various cultures, living in Europe and the Middle East and traveling globally. His direct experience informs Yeshua' of dedicated wellness practices in healing trauma. As a combat veteran, he experienced tremendous pain, including PTSD & depression, which he considers a gift that motivated his recovery and informed his life work. His 15 years of meditation practice and teaching, including up to a year sabbatical living at a Buddhist monastery and retreats, deepened his practice. He also considers vision quest nature immersions a core part of healing, including backpacking the John Muir Trail and Pacific Crest Trail over thousands of miles across California.
Most importantly, Yeshua attributes his recovery integrally connected with the few dozen psychedelic deep journeys and integration practice guided by professionals with psilocybin, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, MDMA, LSD, & 5-MeO-DMT. These medicines and teachers descend from lineages of the Shipibo tradition in Peru, Mazatec Shamanism in Mexico, and the Andean Moche culture. A decade of psychedelic experience has prepared Yeshua to provide psilocybin preparation, guidance, and integration for others' healing. He is completing an official church ministry certification to practice, grow and serve psilocybin for the community legally. He actively writes about the psychedelic industry, speaks at conferences, and leads workshops on various topics regarding the field of psychedelics.
In May 2023, he will facilitate a workshop at Maine Fungi Fest, 'Psychedelics as a Spiritual Practice for Community Development,' and moderate panel discussions. As a volunteer, he is part of National psychedelic policy reform through the Veteran Mental Health Leadership Coalition, and a council member at Natural Medicine Maine, currently driving the Maine Psilocybin Services Act (No. 1582). In Midcoast Maine, he leads a community to decriminalize nature in Camden and other regional towns. He is called to decriminalize entheogenic plants, restore our root connection to nature, and improve human health and well-being. Thích Nhất Hạnh, George Gurdjieff, and Buckminster Fuller have influenced his thinking and being most. He completed a B.A. in Sustainability Management from DeVry University and completing an M.S. in Biomimicry from Arizona State University. He actively micro-doses psilocybin with periodic deep journeys, ongoing therapy, bodybuilding, archery, meditation, backpacking, and exploring outdoors with his two young children.
