Margo Vesely

Friends and Family Minister, Illinois

Hey there, everyone! I'm incredibly excited to introduce myself to the Psanctuary community. My name is Margo, and I'm truly honored to be part of this amazing community as a Friends and Family Minister. My journey here has been shaped by some profound experiences, and it all began with my encounters with mushrooms as a sacred sacrament. A few years ago, I was on a quest for personal and spiritual growth. Life had thrown some incredibly tough challenges my way.

You see, my family was hit by a traumatic event when my father shot my mom inside our home. He ended up in prison, and my mom and I found ourselves without a place to call home, navigating a period of homelessness that lasted for several years. We were pushed back so far that it felt like an insurmountable struggle to get back on our feet. But what kept me going was a shift in mindset. I realized that if we could adopt an antifragile mindset, we could not only bounce back from adversity but also become stronger and more capable of handling even bigger challenges and gaining more out of life. It was during this time of struggle and resilience that I began to explore the transformative potential of psilocybin mushrooms.

These sacred fungi helped me connect with my inner self, find spiritual meaning, and embark on a path of personal healing and growth. What drew me to the Psanctuary community was its unwavering commitment to the responsible and mindful use of these sacred substances. It's a place where people come together to explore the spiritual and therapeutic power of mushrooms while fostering a sense of belonging, acceptance, and unity. I deeply resonate with the community's ethos of showing respect for these natural sacraments and creating a safe, supportive space for individuals on their unique journeys.

As a Friends and Family Minister, my mission is to be a guiding light for those who are new to this sacred practice or are looking to deepen their connection with their spiritual selves. I believe in the power of community and the importance of having a compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable guide to assist individuals during their mushroom experiences. I'm here to create a safe and welcoming space where friends and family can come together, share their experiences, and find support and insight as they navigate their personal journeys with sacred mushrooms.I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of this incredible community and to share the power of an antifragile mindset. Life has thrown us some incredible challenges, but together, we can learn from them, grow stronger, and embrace the wisdom and healing potential that these sacred mushrooms offer.

Thanks for welcoming me with open arms, and I can't wait to be a part of this collective journey toward resilience, growth, and enlightenment.
